We really like this simple logo design by Rutger Paulusse of GWER design for Ruw Meubelen, a Netherlands based company who manufacture furniture out of used wood.

Rutger is a freelance designer and illustrator based in New York, who describes himself as a sucker for type (us too!)

We like the way this logo is rough - being stamped onto recycled paper yet at the same time smoothly flows from one letter to the next, but also how it combines simplicity with complex styling.
